The location
A secluded regenerative retreat in the rolling hills of Tuscany.
The retreat takes place in a traditional Tuscan farmhouse in the hills of Casole d’Elsa, just 30 minutes from Siena, surrounded by olive trees, open fields and wide countryside views.
The space offers everything needed for a deep reset: a 170 sqm yoga shala, an indoor and outdoor dining area, a swimming pool, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for rest and connection with nature.
The rooms are fresh and comfortable, even in the height of summer, each with a private bathroom and views over the surrounding hills.
This is a living regenerative project rooted in community and connection to the land, where meals are vegetarian and prepared with local, seasonal, km-zero ingredients.
Ah, and there is also a beautiful swimming pool where you can sunbathe, swim and enjoy the Tuscan sun!

Vinyasa Yoga & Navakarana Yoga
Explore different movement styles to reconnect with your body in a conscious, embodied way.
Vinyasa Yoga invites you into a flowing, dynamic practice that builds strength, presence, and inner awareness through breath and movement.
Navakarana Yoga is a structured and intelligent practice that combines precision, rhythm and breath to unlock energy pathways, improve focus, and deepen your connection to body and mind.

Daily meditation sessions
Guided practices to bring you back into the present moment, quiet the mind and deepen your ability to listen to the wisdom of your body and inner world. These sessions will take place in the morning and in the evening, supporting you in starting and closing each day with presence and awareness.
Breathwork sessions
Conscious Connected Breathing sessions inspired by Wim Hof and other breathwork methodologies.
Each session carries a different intention, from emotional release to inner exploration and self-awareness, supporting you in letting go of what no longer serves you and accessing deeper layers of yourself.
Ice baths (Wim Hof inspired)
A powerful practice following breathwork sessions, designed to build resilience, regulate the nervous system, and teach you how to stay present under intensity.
You’ll learn how breath can support you in moments of stress and how cold exposure can positively influence your emotional and physical state.
Emotional Release Activities
A safe and supportive space to explore emotional patterns, release stored tension, and reconnect with what is ready to move through you.
Cacao ceremony
A heart-opening ritual using ceremonial cacao, a natural plant medicine traditionally used to support presence, emotional opennes and connection. Through this guided experience, you’ll be invited to soften into your heart space, deepen self-awareness and reconnect with yourself and others in a gentle and grounded way.
What’s included?
- 3 days immersed in the natural beauty of Tuscany. Just 30 minutes from Siena, Madreselva is a hidden sanctuary surrounded by silence, nature and rolling hills. A space that naturally invites you to slow down and come back to yourself.
- Accommodation. You will stay in one of three room options: double, twin, or triple, all with private bathrooms. The rooms are fresh and comfortable in the summer and open onto breathtaking views over the Tuscan hills, immersing you completely in the surrounding nature and silence.
- Nourishing daily meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). All meals are vegetarian and prepared with love using local, seasonal and km 0 ingredients. Food becomes a conscious experience of connection, shared around the table as a moment of presence, care and community.
- Guided walks in nature. Explore the Tuscan landscape, rich with wildlife, silence and beauty. A chance to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself through the natural world.
- Time for rest & relaxation. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be given space to simply be. Time to rest, integrate and reconnect with yourself without rush or expectations.
